Twende Green Planet is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Officer to track and report on our restoration and training programmes (survival rates, hectares restored, trainees graduated) and turn that data into the reporting our funders and partners need. Here’s what you’d do:
You’ll build and maintain the data systems behind every programme, and turn site-level data into clear reporting for funders, partners and the Chairman.
- Tracking restoration site data (survival rates, hectares, tree counts) across programmes
- Maintaining training programme records, including cohort and cascade-phase outcomes
- Preparing funder and partner reports on a regular schedule
- Supporting programme managers with data for proposals and partnership discussions
Here’s what to know about working here:
Accuracy matters here. Funders and government partners like Kenya Forest Service rely on the numbers this role produces. Comfortable with spreadsheets and field data collection tools, and able to translate data into a clear written report.
