Snehar Shah is the CEO of IX Africa Data Centres, leading East Africa's largest hyperscaler and AI-ready data centre, backed by Helio Investment Partners — Africa's leading private equity fund. With 25 years in the technology sector, 15 of which have been in East Africa, he is a seasoned scale-up specialist who has grown businesses across the Towerco and Paygo Energy sectors.
Snehar has held CEO and Chair positions at Moringa School and brings blue-chip experience from PwC, HSBC, Orange, Eaton Towers, and Azuri Technologies. A qualified Electrical Engineer, Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Financial Analyst, he has been recognised by Business Daily Africa as a Top 40 Under 40 leader.
