Mercy Sitima

Senior Strategy Consultant

WYLDE International

Mercy Sitima is a Leadership Advisor, Moderator, and Facilitator who works across corporate, entrepreneurial, development, and faith ecosystems to shape how leaders think, decide, and execute, particularly in moments of growth, transition, and pressure. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership capability, guiding individuals and institutions to move from intention to disciplined, coordinated action while navigating complexity with clarity and composure.

With over two decades of experience spanning business strategy, founder advisory, governance, mediation, and leadership development, Mercy brings a rare ability to hold and structure high-stakes conversations. She is an AfCFTA-licensed training coach, certified in e-commerce and cross-border market intelligence, and a professionally certified mediator, with an academic background in International Relations focusing on diplomacy and foreign policy. She works with founders, executive teams, boards, and institutional leaders to align priorities.

Her work is anchored in a defining insight: leaders are already setting direction; formally or instinctively. The real challenge emerges during periods of growth, transition, and elevated pressure, where decisions must align teams, hold under complexity, and translate into coordinated execution.

Through facilitation, moderation, and advisory engagements, Mercy structures conversations that move beyond dialogue into clarity, alignment, and action. She creates environments where leaders can surface what is unsaid, confront what is unclear, and make decisions that are both grounded and actionable.

Mercy currently serves as a Strategy Consultant at Wylde International, where she facilitates executive strategy sessions and supports owner-managed businesses and boards to translate strategic priorities into structured operational pathways and measurable outcomes. This work reinforces her ability to bridge strategic intent with execution discipline in real organizational contexts.
At her core, Mercy builds leaders who are internally anchored and institutions that are structurally sound; capable of sustaining growth, navigating complexity, and creating lasting impact across Africa and beyond.
